Who pays insurance for Porter and Guide or Porterguide?

– Porter and Guide for  Amphu Lapcha Pass Trek, insurance is compulsory to do. It is not included in above the mentioned cost. It cost 70$ per person and client need to pay. Insurance is recommend to do due to an adventure Passes.
