Detail information of Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary:

Day 01: Kathmandu-Machhakhola 815m ( 8/10 hours drive)

You can drive by Private Tourist Jeep and Public vehicle from Kathmandu to Machhakhola 8/10 hours which 160km around. Driving time is not fixed, it depends on vehicle, Road condition, Traffic Jam and driver as well it depends on vehicle suppose you drive by Private Tourist Jeep or Public Bus. On this day, you will have your lunch on the way like simple meals Dalbhat. For Lunch you get not standard Places and Restaurants. You drive good road from Kathmandu to Dhadingbesi and drive mostly off Road to Machhakhola. Machhakhola is a small Gurung Village and you will overnight there. You will get Meals at Lodge. About Transport, We provide or arrange according to your need and for it inform us before starting your Manaslu Circuit Trek. Of course, Private Tourist Jeep is expensive but comfort and Public Bus is cheaper but not comfort.

Day 02: Machhakhola-Jagat 1325m ( 8/9 hours Walking)

After breakfast, you start to walk and on the way you will cross the Suspension bridges. On the day you walk narrow path through the side of Gandaki River. As well you get the hot spring on the way which is called Tatopani in Nepali. And you will have chance to see the view of Ganesh Himal. You will walk mostly uphill to Jagat. You will walk 1050m around uphill and 540m around downhill to Jagat. Before to reach Jagat, you will have lunch on the way. Jagat is an important place for checking your Manaslu Restricted Permit so check your Trekking Permit there where you get Nepal Police Check Post. It’s your first day for Restricted Permit.

Day 03: Jagat- Deng 1875m ( 7/8 hours Walking)

You walk today approx 1227 m uphill and 681m downhill during the day from Jagat to Deng and it will takes around 7/8 hours. On this day also you will cross the suspension bridges. You will walk through the Village of Philim where you get again Permit Check Post and you will see again an incredible view of Shringi Himal. Also you will Waterfalls on the way to Deng. You are entering the Typical Tibetan Gurung areas. You will have lunch on the way before reaching to Deng then walk continue to Deng where you overnight.

Day 04: Deng –Namrung 2605m ( 8/9 hours Walking)

You walk today 1524m uphill and 796m downhill approximately and it will takes 8/9 hours from Deng to Namrung. You will start to walk after your breakfast and you will walk through the beautiful village Ghap and Prok before reaching to Namrung. You will have lunch on the way before reaching to Namrung. On this day also we will cross the suspension bridges and you will see the view of Shringi Himal, Tibetan Mani, Gompas and Tibetan Flags.

Day 05: Namrung-Sama 3530m. ( 7 hours Walking)

You walk today 1200m around uphill and 270m downhill around and it takes about 7 hours walking from Namrung to Sama. On the day you will see an amazing view of 29 Peak, Shringi Himal, Ganesh Himal, Himal Chuli and Mt Manaslu and you will visit Monasteries at Syala. This day will be an interesting and Panoramic day but it depends on the Weather, if weather will be clear of course you will the best view of Mountains. And before to reach Sama, you will have lunch at Syala which is best place for lunch with Himalayan Panorama.

Day 06: Sama –Rest day( 7 hours Walking)

Today you can hike to Manaslu Base Camp which is 4790m around and it is 1300m around uphill walking from Sama. For the ascent and descent it takes about 9 hours around. If you hike to Manaslu Base Camp take your packed Lunch from Sama and start to walk early in the morning after your breakfast. Or hike around the Sama, visit Birendra Lake etc. or Relax your day at Sama.

Day 07: Sama –Samdo 3970m. (3/4 hours Walking)

You walk 645m uphill and 305 downhill from Sama to Samdo during and it will takes ¾ hours around. You walk to start from Sama after your breakfast, on the way you will cross the wooden Local bridge and you will the Pasturelands and Tibetan Mani walls. Go to Samdo directly for Lunch. This day will be short walking day and on the way you will get not the Lodges for Lunch. Therefore prepare your drinking water and some biscuits or snickers. At Samdo after your Lunch you will have free time, visit around the Samdo Village or hike to Samdo Peak on your own interest. Take your own decision on your comfort.

You walk today 30m downhill and 645m uphill from Samdo to Dharmasala. Dharmasala is known as Larkya Phedi also and the place has been surrounded by the Naike and Larkya Peak. At Dharmasala you get simple Lodge and simple meals with simple bed. You go directly to Dharmasala for lunch and on the day after your Lunch you will have time, so you can hike up to 300m to 500m for acclimatize. You walk today 690m uphill to Larkya Pass 5106m and walk down to Bhimthang 1465m. Walk very early in the morning with Packed Lunch from Dharmasala Larya Phedi. From the Phedi to Pass it takes 4/5 hours around. It depends on your walking condition. After crossing the Pass, you see the view of Annapurna, Kangaru, Cheo Himal etc. On the way you will get the Lodges for lunch therefore prepare your drinking Water also from Dharmasla. And for this morning prepare your headlight. At Bhimthang, you will get the best lodges and meals with Hot shower. When you arrive at Bhimthang relax your time.

You walk today 1200 m around downhill and 150m uphill to Goa and it will takes 5/6 hours around. And you will walk through the Rhododendron and Pine forest along the Dudhkhola River side. You will stay at Gurung village Village Goa.
