Everest Base Camp (EBC) Trekking Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu to Phakding 2610m.

On this day, you will fly 35minutes from Kathmandu to Lukla and You will meet your female Guide at the Lukla Airport then you will walk to Phakding 3 to 4hrs approx. Pick up by female Trekking Guide at Lukla (know each other trough Enjoy Nepal Treks banner)

Flight 35 minute

Walking time 3 to 4hrs.

Meet with Female Guide at Lukla.

Day 02: Phakding 2610m. to Namche 3440m.

You walk today 6 to 7hours around from Phakding to Namche trough the Monjo, Sagarmatha National Park by crossing the Hillary bridge (Dudhkosi River). Approx 1000m ascent and 100 m descent during a walking day.

Important info for today: Last lunch place at Jhorsale, when you go further then you get the place for lunch at Namche.

Day 03: Namche 3440m. (Acclimatization day)

Hike to Everest View Hotel on this day and enjoy the view of Mt Everest, Mt Amadablam with several Peaks. And if you are interested visit Sherpa Museum, explore khumjung Village etc. 350m Ascent and descent approx. 4 to 5 hours walking.

Day 04: Namche 3440m. to Tengboche 3900m.

You walk today (15km) 5hours approx from Namche to Tengboche by crossing the Dudhkosi River. Again enjoy the view of Mountains and explore very Old Buddhist Tengboche Monastery. 900m up and 500 m down

Day 04: Tengboche 3900m. to Dingboche

Day 05: Dingboche

Day 06: Dingboche to Lobuche 4900m.

Day 07: Lobuche 4900m. to Gorakshep 5140m.

Day 08: Gorakshep 5140m. to Thukla 4620m.

Day 09: Thukla 4620m. to Tengboche 3900m.

Day 10: Tengboche 3900m. to Namche or Monjo

Day 11: Namche or Monjo to Lukla

Day 12: Lukla to Kathmandu flight
